145.03 What to Report (FAM)

Individuals must report changes in any of the following:

• source of income,

• the amount of income of any member of the assistance group,

• assistance group composition,

• ownership of a vehicle,

• resources including cash, stocks, bonds, or money in a bank or savings account,

• receipt of any lump sum payment or settlement,

• increase in hours worked by the principal wage earner (TANF-UP only),

• residence,

• information related to the absent parent,

• school attendance of any child 16 or over,

• private medical insurance coverage, or

• other changes that affect the individual's amount of benefits or NHEP work programs exemption.
