171.03 Termination Due to Employment of an Incapacitated Parent (FAM)

If the *FANF assistance group became ineligible for financial or categorically needy medical assistance because of new or increased earnings of an incapacitated parent, the individual is eligible for up to 12 months of extended medical assistance.
