211.09 Who May Be Members (FAM)

Offer the individual the option to include any of the following individuals in the TANF financial assistance group:

• a caretaker relative (one specified relative who is the children’s caretaker, other than a parent of the children), and

• former stepchildren residing in the home, even though the legal relationship has been terminated by divorce.
