Recoup any financial assistance paid to individuals who were on strike on the last day of the month.
• If the entire assistance group was ineligible, recoup all financial assistance paid.
• If an individual other than the parent/caretaker relative included was ineligible due to a strike, recoup the amount by which the grant would decrease if the individual were removed from the financial assistance group.
