Terminate RCA/RMA at the end of the 8-month eligibility period. Rerun eligibility for all DFA assistance programs for recipients of RCA/RMA who reach the end of their 8-month eligibility period.
Only terminate RCA/RMA prior to the end of the 8-month eligibility period if the refugee becomes ineligible for assistance.
Exception: RMA-only continues for the full 8 months if the ineligibility reason is due to increased earnings.
Terminate RMA 8-months from the date RMA was opened (date-specific). Terminate RCA after generation of 16 cash payments.
