311.11 Termination of Assignment to DHHS of Rights to Support Income (FAM)

Assignment of spousal or child support payments to DHHS ends when eligibility for TANF financial assistance ends for the assistance group member for whom the support is made. DHHS can continue to receive and collect support which was due but not paid during the period of TANF financial assistance.
