Financial Assistance — The entire assistance group is ineligible for financial assistance for 36 months from the date of the transfer when a financial assistance applicant or recipient has transferred countable property for less than fair market value in order to qualify for assistance.
Medical Assistance-Only — There is no penalty for transferring resources.
