Complete the appropriate New HEIGHTS screens or Form 765, Application for Emergency Assistance, when an applicant requests an Emergency Assistance payment for permanent housing.
Decision:
A decision on an application for EA permanent housing payments must be made within 15 working days from the date that the District Office receives an official application for emergency assistance from the applicant.
