715.13 Termination of NSWF (FAM)

NSWF eligibility ends when:

• any of the NSWF eligibility criteria in Section 715.03, NSWF Eligibility Requirements, are not met;

• anyone living in a NSWF recipient’s household applies for any category of financial assistance; or

• NSWF funding and resources are no longer available.

NSWF recipients are not eligible to continue receiving NSWF during appeals of the Department’s decision to terminate their NSWF assistance.

All appeals of the Department’s decision to terminate NSWF because the NSWF funding and resources are no longer available will be denied.
