English as a Second Language (ESL) (FAM)

English as a Second Language (ESL) is a secondary activity that may be included on an NHEP participant’s employability plan. This activity must be supervised daily. The countable hours must be verified and documented no less than once a month*. Participants must submit Form NHEP266, NHEP Education/Training Activities Verification Form, or other verifications approved by the Employment Counselor Specialist (ECS) and signed by the education or training organization and returned to the ECS on a weekly basis. *
