Require *proof of one of the following to verify that the individual is *actively seeking employment:

• The parent’s receipt of unemployment compensation benefits;

• The parent’s participation in and compliance with the New Hampshire Employment Program (NHEP); or

• The parent’s personal summary page printed from the NH Job Works Job Match system.
