To complete an application for Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) and Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA), the individual must do all of the following:
• complete an official application;
• provide all required verification of eligibility criteria within timeframes; and
• participate in an eligibility interview.
Individuals may file the application before an interview is conducted.
A completed application must, at minimum, contain the applicant’s name, address, signature, and type of assistance requested.
