At the initial eligibility interview, inform the individual of the following:
• the assignment of rights to support is required for receipt of TANF financial assistance, and
• support action will be taken against responsible parents unless good cause exists.
Form 800, Application, also notifies individuals of their rights and responsibilities regarding assignment of support.
