It is the Department’s policy not to discriminate against individuals because of their race, creed, color, sex, age, political affiliation or beliefs, religion, national origin, handicap, or disability. The Department will not tolerate discrimination in accessing, accepting, or providing services in any Department program or activity. See the General Manual, Civil Rights.
Each District Office must prominently display the USDA nondiscrimination poster.
