125.05 Frequency of Expedited Service (FSM)

There is no limit to the number of times a household may be certified under expedited service procedures. Prior to each subsequent expedited certification, the household must do one of the following:

• provide verification that was postponed at the last expedited certification, or

• be certified under normal 30-day processing requirements since the last expedited certification.
