227.01 Individuals Not Considered Strikers (FSM)

An individual is not considered a striker if the individual is:

• exempt from work registration for any reason other than employment (such as care of a child),

• not participating in the strike, but cannot work because of the strike (such as flight attendants who cannot work because of an airline pilot strike),

• afraid to cross the picket line because of threatened harm, or

• locked out of the job by the employer, including individuals who were considered strikers before the lockout.
