When notified by FNS that a group living arrangement has been penalized or disqualified from redeeming food stamps, take the following actions:
• terminate eligibility, without advance notice, for residents who did not apply on their own behalf,
• prevent any employee of the group living arrangement from acting as AR to receive or use food stamps on behalf of any resident, and
• establish a claim determination against the group living arrangement for overissuances of food stamps held on behalf of residents if any overissuances are discovered during an FNS investigation or hearing.
