EFS will automatically end under the following circumstances:
• the household opens for FANF cash;
• the household reapplies for regular Food Stamp benefits. See FSM 249.11, Changes During the Extended Food Stamp (EFS) Period; or
• the DFA Form 800R[EFS], Extended Food Stamp (EFS) Application for Continued Eligibility for Food Stamp Benefits ONLY, has not been completed and processed by the end of EFS month five.
