Consider all resources available to all members of the assistance group. Assistance group composition differs based on the type of assistance requested. See Part 211, Composition of Assistance Groups, to determine who is included in the assistance group.
Resources may be counted from people not in the assistance group, such as alien sponsors and excluded parents.
