Any payment under Title I of the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973, which includes the following programs:

• VISTA

• University Year for Action

• Urban Crime Prevention Program.

Treatment: Earned Income

Exception: Exclude Title I income if the individual was a food stamp recipient or public assistance recipient at the time they joined VISTA.
