General Provider Information

NH-ATR is seeking faith-based and secular community organizations, clinical service providers and/or those who provide services that help support recovery from substance use disorders. To become a NH-ATR Approved Provider organizations must meet minimum service level requirements and provider qualifications as outlined in He-A 400 Rules (available below in application packets).

Participation in the NH-ATR provider system is based on a fee-for-service model. Electronic vouchers will be issued to eligible NH-ATR clients. Referrals for services will be based on client choice and payment will be made for completed client services. All NH-ATR services are referred, tracked, and paid for through an electronic voucher management system (VMS). Access to the VMS will be given through the NH Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services. Our current reimbursement rates are:

* All service units are equal to 15-minute increments.
** Client GPRA Follow-up incentive is $20 with a $10 administrative fee for a total of $30

Please note:

• Only completed NH ATR Provider Application forms will be reviewed for acceptance as an NH-ATR Approved Provider.
• In the case of collaborative applications, one (1) organization shall be designated to enter into an agreement relationship with BDAS.
