Home and Community Based Care/Community Providers
The Division of Family Assistance (DFA) in partnership with the Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services (BEAS) are implementing RSA 151-E: 18, Presumptive Eligibility (PE) for the Choices for Independence (Home and Community Based Care for the Elderly and Chronically Ill) Medicaid Program. Family Planning Medical Assistance Qualified Entities
RSA 126-A:5,XXII, RSA 126-A:4-c, He-W 509, and He-W 626 allow specific family planning services for certain NH citizens. A qualified entity, as defined under He-W 520.01(g), may determine presumptive eligibility for Family Planning medical assistance.
