I-93 North | NH Route 106 North | NH Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) South

From I-93 North

1. Travel I-93 North to Exit 20.
2. Turn left at the traffic lights at end of ramp onto NH Route 3 and 11.
3. Follow NH Route 3 into Laconia.
4. At the 4-way intersection with NH Route 106, turn left onto NH Route 106.
5. Go straight through Downtown Laconia (one way street)
6. At the next traffic light, turn left.
7. As the road curves to the left, look for Streetcar Place.
8. The office is a long brick building on the right.
9. If turn is missed, turn right at Water Street to parking lot on right.
10. The office is on the second floor of the building.

From NH Route 106 North

1. Travel NH Route 106 North to Laconia.
2. At 4-way intersection with NH Route 3, continue straight to next light.
3. Turn left at the lights.
4. Pass railroad station and Laconia Savings Bank sign; continue straight.
5. As the road curves to the left, look for Streetcar Place.
6. The office is a long brick building on the right.
7. If turn missed, turn right on Water Street to parking lot on right.
8. The office is on the second floor of the building.

NH Route 16 (Spaulding Turnpike) South

1. Travel NH 16 South to the junction with NH Route 25 West.
2. Turn right onto NH Route 25 West to traffic lights in Meredith.
3. Turn left at the lights onto NH Route 3.
4. Continue through two sets of lights on NH Route 3.
5. Continue through Weirs Beach to Laconia.
6. At first traffic light, turn right onto Business NH Route 3 (Union Avenue).
7. Turn right onto NH Route 106 at intersection of NH Route 3 and NH Route 106.
8. Go straight through Downtown Laconia (one way street)
9. At the next traffic light, turn left.
10. Pass railroad station and Laconia Savings Bank sign; continue straight.
11. As the road curves to the left, look for Streetcar Place.
12. The office is a long brick building on the right.
13. If turn missed, turn right at Water Street to parking lot on right.
