Prenatal Program
The Prenatal Program provides funding to 12 community health agencies to provide prenatal care to low income, uninsured and underinsured pregnant women.

Prenatal services include:
- Prenatal and postpartum visits
- Voluntary HIV testing
- Health education
- Nutrition services
- Social services
- Smoking cessation counseling, and
- Home visiting
Prenatal agencies provide a variety of supportive services to families, which may include, but are not limited to:
- Transportation
- Translation services
- Outreach
- Health education
- Case management services, and
- Pre-certification for Medicaid eligibility.
New Hampshire supports prenatal care in community based agencies 
throughout the state for families with incomes at or below 185% of poverty.
