Surveillance for Sexually Transmitted Diseases
The goal of STD/HIV/AIDS surveillance is to collect, analyze and interpret statewide data to identify trends of STD, HIV, and AIDS. The reporting of Chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV and AIDS is mandatory in the state of New Hampshire by law.
All reports should be sent to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Division of Public Health Services Communicable Disease Surveillance Section or called to the STD/HIV/AIDS Surveillance Program at (603) 271-3932 or (603) 271-4490.
