Travel
When traveling to different countries, plan on addressing your health needs at least 2 months before you leave.
All countries have their own list of recommended immunizations. Contact your primary care provider or a certified travel clinic
to find out what immunizations you will need. Before you travel
make sure you and your children are up-to-date on your regular immunizations.
Remember to pack these important items:
- Prescription medications
- Over-the-counter medications you usually take
- Health insurance ID
Food and water precautions:
- Drink only bottled water or boiled water.
- Only eat food that is fully cooked.
