SUPERVISOR V
NEW HAMPSHIRE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
Division of Child Support Services / Littleton District Office
Salary Range: $ 46,722.00 - $55,497.00

SCOPE OF WORK: Directs Child Support Program and coordinates program objectives, policies and procedures within a Division of Child Support services District Office.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with study in public administration, business administration, political science, social science or related field.  Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.

Experience: Six years’ experience in support enforcement, investigations, collections, financial assessment, law enforcement, direct service delivery, paralegal work or social work, plus three years in a supervisory or management level position in any occupational area. If related to the program area, the supervisory or management experience will count as part of the six years' total experience.

License/Certification:  License or registration required if necessary for performing professional job accountabilities.

Employees will be required to pay an agency/union fee.
