Salary Range:
$53,137.50 - $63,180.00
SCOPE OF WORK: Develop, plan, direct, evaluate and report on patient care review activities at New Hampshire Hospital. Ensure the integration and coordination of hospital-wide quality and utilization review programs in a manner consistent with regulatory requirements and Hospital's goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Master's degree from a recognized college or university with a major study in a healthcare related field.
Experience: Six years professional experience in healthcare, four years of which must be in a management level position requiring administrative or supervisory duties pertaining to program planning, administration and evaluation, business management or related management experience. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education at the graduate level only.
Special Requirements: The individual must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to maintain effective working relationships, and possess basic computer skills enabling electronic communication, spreadsheet data management, and document production.
Employees will be required to pay an agency/union fee.
