PROGRAM PLANNING & REVIEW SPECIALIST
NEW HAMPSHIRE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
Division of Community Based Care Services / Brown Bldg
Salary Range: $50,914.50 - $60,567.00

SCOPE OF WORK: This position will oversee the implementation and continued evolution of the State of New Hampshire’s Olmstead Plan. The position will coordinate and facilitate the ongoing implementation, periodic revision, and reporting on NH’s Olmstead Plan, including actively engaging other Divisions and Bureau’s within the Department of Health and Human Services, Managed Care Organizations, Community Mental Health Center Programs and Providers, Consumers and Families, Consumer and Family Advocacy Organizations, and other state departments to continue implementation of the NH Olmstead Plan, periodically revise the plan to incorporate new programs and strategies to strengthen the NH Olmstead Plan, monitor the implementation of the plan and report on outcomes and barriers to implementation, and ensure the integration of Olmstead initiatives into the State of New Hampshire’s Olmstead Plan and other organizations strategic planning process.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Master's degree from a recognized college or university with a major study in government, planning, social work, psychology, education, or a human services field.  Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.

Experience: Five years' experience in a government or private agency concerned with human services activities, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.  Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.

License/Certification:  Must have access to transportation for use in statewide travel.

Employees will be required to pay an agency/union fee.
