ADMINISTRATOR I
NEW HAMPSHIRE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
Emergency Services Unit / Brown Building
Salary Range: $48,760.50 - $57,934.50

SCOPE OF WORK: To administer the statewide Disaster Behavioral Health Disaster Response Program through assessing needs, planning, training and managing for a coordinated effort to offer comprehensive and professional services to victims of, and workers responding to, critical incidents and disasters. Works with community mental health centers, schools, hospitals, New Hampshire National Guard, behavioral health providers, emergency management professionals and other stakeholders as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Master's degree from a recognized college or university.

Experience: Five years' experience in mental health, mental health nursing or public health, three years of which must have been in a management level position involving administrative or supervisory duties concerned with program administration, program planning and evaluation, business management or related management experience.

-OR-

Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university.

Experience: Six years' experience in mental health, mental health nursing or public health, three years of which must have been in a management level position involving administrative or supervisory duties concerned with program administration, program planning and evaluation, business management or related management experience.

License/Certification:  Valid driver's license and/or access to transportation for use in statewide travel.

Employees will be required to pay an agency/union fee.
