PROGRAM SPECIALIST III
NEW HAMPSHIRE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
Division of Public Health Services/Maternal & Child Health / Concord
Starting Salary Range: $41,086.50 - $48,769.50
SCOPE OF WORK: To analyze and interpret data, policies and procedures from National and State sources for use in planning and developing the Healthy Child Care New Hampshire (HCCNH) program.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with a major in nursing, education, home economics, health professions, public administration, or a related field. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience: Four years' professional or paraprofessional experience in nursing, education, home economics, health professions, public administration, or a related field, with responsibility in program implementation, direct service delivery, planning or program evaluation. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
License/Certification: A valid New Hampshire driver's license and/or access to transportation for use in statewide travel. If a nurse, current licensure as a registered nurse in New Hampshire.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: For appointment consideration, Program Specialist III applicants must successfully participate in a structured interview measuring possession of knowledge, skills and abilities. Applicants’ responses to questions asked in the structured interview will be numerically rated.
