Steve Mosher is the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services’ Chief Financial Officer. Steve’s primary responsibilities include: the coordination and development of the Department’s budget; administration of the accounting and financial management functions of the Office of Business Operations; and for administering the audit and review functions conducted by the Office of Improvement & Integrity.
Steve began his career in State service after working for many years in the manufacturing and distribution of consumer food products where he held the positions of Vice-President of Finance and General Manager. He has been with the Department for eight years having worked previously for four years with the Department of Administrative Services.
