How Do I Change My Health Plan?
You can change a Health Plan for any reason during the first 90 days you are covered by the plan. NOTE: Coverage for most recipients will begin on 12/01/2013. After the first 90 days, you can change a Health Plan at any time for certain reasons. For example, if you want to have the same Health Plan as a family member, the Health Plan doesn't cover a service that you need or if you have certain moral or religious reasons.
