Electronic notifications will launch, meaning some clients will be notified that they have the opportunity to pick a Health Plan starting on this day.September 13, 2013
By this day, all NH EASY account holders will have received notification of their opportunity to pick a Health Plan.September 16, 2013 – September 21, 2013
Clients will begin to receive hard copies in the mail, except for those who have an NH EASY account and have elected the "Go Green" option (this means they do not receive hard copy notices in the mail).
Confirmation Letter (Sample)
Starting on September 11, 2013
Clients that pick a Health Plan will get a confirmation letter. This letter confirms the Health Plan choice and tells them what will happen next.
Reminder Letter (Sample)
Starting on October 6, 2013
Clients who did not pick a Health Plan yet will get a reminder letter. This letter tells the client they need to pick a Health Plan by a certain date or the Department will chose a Health Plan for them.
Autoassignment

Clients are autoassigned to a Health Plan if they have not selected one.November 18, 2013 – November 21, 2013
