The NH Medicaid EHR Incentive Program is now open for registration and attestation. You must first register with CMS, then wait 24-48 hours, and return to this webpage to register on ePIP (Electronic Provider Incentive Payment System).

ePIP is the portal for the New Hampshire Medicaid EHR Incentive Program that provides incentive payments to Eligible Professionals and Eligible Hospitals as they adopt, implement, upgrade, or demonstrate meaningful use of certified EHR technology.

Users will create an ePIP account and interface with ePIP to maintain their Medicaid EHR Incentive Program information and track their payments. ePIP includes three modules:

• Register: allows users to complete their registration.
• Attest: allows users to complete their attestation, view an attestation summary, modify an attestation, and check the status of the attestation.
• Payment: allows users to check the status of their Medicaid EHR Incentive Program payment.
